Information we collect
When you request a quote, upload a policy, or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone, ZIP code, the type of insurance you're interested in, and any details you choose to share. If you upload a policy through PolicyPal™, we collect the document and the information it contains.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your request, prepare quotes, review coverage, and place insurance with the carriers we represent. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We share information only with the insurance carriers needed to underwrite or service your coverage, and with service providers under contract who help us run our business (e.g., email delivery, secure document storage).
Security
We protect your data with row-level security on every database table, encrypted transport (HTTPS), server-side validation, and signed webhooks. No system is perfectly secure, but these are the BrainBox standards we hold ourselves to.
Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@nimbusinsuranceagency.com.
